Alberta Pageant Sponsorship Information

What is included in the full sponsorship?

This sponsorship is open to women and girls across Alberta that are current title holders in a Local, Regional, National, or International pageants. There are only 5 spots that can be claimed each year; so claim yours fast. The spots will re-open with the change of a calendar year; but the contracts will be a year from the signing date. With an estimated value of $3000 CAD this package includes:

- 1 full year (from the day of contact signing) of sponsored photoshoots, with hair & makeup services provided. *Max 12 sessions*

- Can include hair & makeup services for pageant days and events.

- A small Luxury Photo Album at the end of our partnership, featuring a collage of memories captured over the past year

- Proud promotion of each sponsored girl on our social media accounts and website.

If you are looking for less of a commitment we also offer one time photoshoot sponsorships to 12 Alberta contestants throughout the year.

This can be better for girls who are competing for the first time, or ladies returning that have not yet won a title or crown who are in need of high quality photos to put in with their entry. CLICK BELOW to book that one

These ladies will receive:

- proud promotion from Fantasy Studios Oasis on our social media accounts and website.

- Hair & makeup services for the photoshoot

- 1 (8x10) printed photo from the photo session

Expectations of the title holder during the contract

As with any business interaction, I want to be clear about some things up front. Here are a few of my expectations to be recognized prior to submitting an application:

- The contestant is responsible for sharing 1-2 posts minimum per photoshoot.

- It is expected that any photos shared are tagged with Fantasy Studios Beauty and you're welcome to invite Fantasy Studios Oasis to be a collaborator or just tagging is fine.

What to expect from Fantasy Studios Oasis

Expectations of the title holder during the contract

With a heavy emphasis of empowerment placed throughout the entire Fantasy Studios Oasis company, Chantel has a strong desire to carry that into these partnerships. With that being said, you are encouraged to openly communicate your ideas for photoshoots regarding settings, locations, hair and makeup looks, outfits, themes, or certain photo positions or poses that you're looking for or wanting to create. By actively participating in the planning of each of these sessions, it ensures each shoot with have a powerful impact with empowering not only you, but hopefully many of the people who follow your journey.

I will also share 1-2 posts per photoshoot that we do together and be sure to tag you.
